Three TruBlue Franchisees Recognized with National Awards

TruBlue Total House Care, Keeping Your House a Home.

Three TruBlue Total House Care franchisees were recently recognized at the TruBlue National Conference in Las Vegas. All three owners continuously demonstrate not only a commitment to business growth and community service, but also a willingness to help grow the national franchise by working closely with the corporate office to test new services and technologies, make suggestions on growth opportunities and more. Here’s a little about each award and each winner:

Franchise of the Year and President’s Award

Kay and Tim Diemont, the local owners of TruBlue of Yorktown, earned the TruBlue Franchisee of the Year Award and a TruBlue President’s Award. Tim and Kay opened TruBlue of Yorktown in the Spring of 2013 and they’ve been able to grow the business by about 25 percent each year since they opened. In addition to working with residents and property owners, the Diemonts also work with military housing departments, senior apartment complexes and apartment buildings. They currently have 20 employees and 8 wrapped PT Cruisers. TruBlue of Yorktown serves Yorktown, Poquoson, Newport News and properties on the Peninsula. President’s Award

James Puopolo, the owner of TruBlue of Wakefield, was recognized with a President’s Award. This recognition comes on the heels of James’ decision to add a fence division to TruBlue of Wakefield and just before his company’s 2-year anniversary. James opened TruBlue of Wakefield in March of 2017 and broke the franchise’s first-year sales record. He then grew the business another 50 percent from year one to year two. He said being recognized with the President’s Award is an exciting milestone as he looks to future growth. TruBlue of Wakefield serves Wakefield, Lynnfield, Melrose, Stoneham, Peabody, Saugus, Reading, North Reading and the surrounding areas. The award recognizes the Vandegenachte’s early business growth efforts, community involvement and out-of-the-box thinking when it comes to working with business clients. TruBlue of Southern WI serves Big Bend, Mukwonago, Dousman, Eagle, North Prairie, Genesee Depot, Wales, Waukesha, East Troy, Elkhorn, Williams Bay, Fontana, Lake Geneva, Muskego, Wind Lake and the surrounding communities.
