Sean Fitzgerald is a veteran franchise executive with over 25 years of working with all types of different brands. Throughout those 25 years, Sean has spent his time gaining a vast amount of knowledge in regards to the fields of franchise sales, development, marketing, and much more. Sean, former Chief Development Strategist for No Limit Agency and 1851 Franchise, provided franchise development strategy for companies such as Dairy Queen, Great Clips, Buffalo Wings and Rings, and Two Men and a Truck. Prior to his role at No Limit Agency, Sean worked as the Executive Vice President of BrightStar Care, a leading franchising organization in the senior care industry. Sean also worked as the National Vice President of Development for Wireless Zone, a Verizon Wireless retail chain.

Greg Haskett is an experienced operations expert with over 25 years of successful organizational leadership with an industry-leading brand. Within those 25+ years, Greg has proved success in operational excellence, bottom-line thinking, collaboration, relationship building, coaching, compliance, FDD, and customer service. Greg’s many years of franchising and home services experience has included working for brands such as House Doctors, and the American Red Cross, to being Vice President and later Director of Corporate Franchises with Home Team Inspectience and knowledge with TruBlue franchise owners and Home Team staff daily.on Services. At Home Team Inspection Services, Greg grew two of his own franchises to top 20 units within the span of two years. He continues to share his wealth of experience and knowledge with TruBlue franchise owners and Home Team staff daily.

Robynn’s passion is working with businesses to help them grow, seek opportunities and advance within their local communities. For the past twenty years, she has worked with a range of businesses anywhere from a small start-up up to large enterprise, focused on business coaching, branding, website development, live events, and online marketing programs to help her clients drive leads and develop relationships with their customers.
Specializing in integrated sales and marketing strategies that allow organizations to thrive, Robynn has built out programs that have resulted in millions of dollars in sales for her clients and their brands. She’s created online events where millions have attended, and annual sales goals were reached within months. She understands the importance of working closely with the operations, marketing and sales, making sure all parties are aligned with processes, messaging, target audience, goals, and the mission of the organization.
Senior Stragetic Advisor
With over 20 years of experience in all areas of aging, Carrie Coumbs has been at the forefront of senior care. Carrie brings an extensive and impressive background in the senior care space. For the last two decades, she has been a specialist in all areas of aging, working for some of the largest organizations within the senior care continuum.
Carrie started her career in senior housing and quickly moved onto the post-acute care side by working in the home health industry. From there, she became a certified senior advisor for a placement company, helping seniors and their families find the right setting of care and housing. After that, Carrie became a senior geriatric care advisor for a private practice elder law firm until settling down in senior executive corporate roles for various home care companies, including Kindred at Home, Right at Home and Elara Caring.
